Message from the Representative
The word "respect" has become quite common recently, but I first encountered it in the Japan Football Association's "Respect Project" in 2008.
In the "Respect Project," respect is defined as "cherishing something." This meant cherishing all the relationships surrounding football: opponents, referees, coaches, equipment, facilities, parents, tournament officials, supporters, the rules of the game, the spirit of football itself, and everything else.
I have worked as a referee in football for 20 years, and I have always strived to acknowledge the existence of every player and person involved.
I wanted to cherish this same sentiment in my office, and in 2018, I changed the office name to "Respect."
I hope to contribute to society by cherishing the encounters I have with future clients and always working with their feelings in mind.
